HOW do I return my order
To return your order you will need to cover the shipping costs back to us. You can recieve either an exchange or store credit for your returned items (no refunds). Download your return form here, fill it out and ship your products back to us. Once we receive your product/s to our warehouse, we will then invoice you to send the replacement back to you ($8.50 for standard shipping, $12.50 for express). If you however are opting for store credit, you just need to pay the shipping one way. 
We suggest using tracking when returning items to our warehouse, as we are not liable for any lost parcels.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Normally it has to be within 30 days of your order. However, during the festive season (purchases made in November and December), returns can be made within a 70 day period.

TERMS
Sometimes we have to take things seriously and we do have a few rules regarding returns. For us to be able to accept your return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any foreign smells/marks. We do reserve the right to refuse a return (subject to our absolute discretion) if we feel any of these terms are not met. 
Can I get a refund ?
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to a full refund if there is a "major problem" with the goods you purchased. If you have a "major problem" we will give you a refund. If it is not a "major problem" we will issue you store credit or an exchange free of charge. If you'd like to better understand what consumer guarantees you're entitled to you can visit the ACCC website.
 
 
 
INTERNATIONAL
How do I return my order?
We’re happy to accept international returns, but we don’t offer free shipping. You'll be responsible for all shipping fees.

You can use any carrier service of your choice, but we highly recommend getting tracking for your package.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
