HOW do I return my order
FULL PRICED ITEMS:
We've made the easiest returns process ever. You’ll get your exchange / store credit sorted quicker than you can order a palmy at your local. To get started, all you have to do is fill in your return form that came with your full priced purchase. If you don’t have it you can download it from here. Follow the instructions on the form and take it to the good people at Australia Post. We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving it! Yew, good times.
If you have purchased your threads on sale, we can still offer you an exchange / store credit, however you will need to cover the shipping costs. Download your 'sale items' return form here. Once we receive your product back to us, we will then invoice you to send the replacement back to you ($8.50 for standard shipping, $12.50 for express). If you however are opting for store credit, you just need to pay the shipping one way.
We suggest using tracking when returning items to our warehouse, as we are not liable for any lost parcels.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Normally it has to be within 30 days of your order. However, during the festive season (purchases made in November and December), returns can be made within a 70 day period.
Sometimes we have to take things seriously and we do have a few rules regarding returns. For us to be able to accept your return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any foreign smells/marks. We do reserve the right to refuse a return (subject to our absolute discretion) if we feel any of these terms are not met.
Can I get a refund ?
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have a right to a full refund if there is a "major problem" with the goods you purchased. If you have a "major problem" we will give you a refund. If it is not a "major problem" we will issue you store credit or an exchange free of charge. If you'd like to better understand what consumer guarantees you're entitled to you can visit the ACCC website.
How do I return my order?
We’re happy to accept international returns, but we don’t offer free shipping. You'll be responsible for all shipping fees. Please fill in the returns form (download here if you don’t have it) and send it to YP Threads - 10/694 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, 4006, Queensland, Australia. You can use any carrier service of your choice, but we highly recommend getting tracking for your package. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
